About CurlSekCurlSek is an AI-driven offensive security platform delivering autonomous application security testing, deterministic exploit validation, and continuous security assurance for cloud-native architectures. We enable engineering and security teams to validate real-world exploitability, eliminate false positives, and safeguard mission-critical systems against complex attack vectors.
Role OverviewWe are looking for an exceptional, high-agency individual to join the Founder’s Office at CurlSek. In this role, you will work hand-in-glove with the founder on a daily basis, serving as an operational and commercial force multiplier across Go-To-Market (GTM), business development, and strategic expansion.
You will not be stuck behind a screen running repetitive tasks. You will sit in the room where decisions are made, shadow and lead high-stakes meetings with enterprise business users, scout untapped commercial avenues, represent CurlSek on-ground at major tech conferences, and spearhead outbound revenue pipelines. Strategic content and thought leadership will serve as your natural megaphone to turn founder insights and industry signals into tangible deal flow.
Key Responsibilities1.
Daily Founder
Collaboration &
• Strategic Execution
- Work directly alongside the founder every day to plan, execute, and iterate on growth sprints, business priorities, and commercial strategy.
- Co-create meeting agendas, synthesize founder notes, prepare executive briefing decks, and ensure zero drop-off on critical strategic action items.
- Function as an agile problem-solver across GTM operations, customer intelligence, and early-stage company building.
2.
Client
Interactions &
• Leading Business Meetings
- Lead initial discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and qualification conversations with business users, engineering heads, and cybersecurity decision-makers.
- Translate CurlSek’s technical capabilities into clear business value, unpack prospective client pain points, and address operational questions.
- Drive post-meeting momentum: coordinate follow-ups, outline proposal terms, and facilitate smooth Proof of Concept (POC) kickoffs alongside technical leadership.
- Build strong rapport with early adopters and prospective enterprise champions to guide opportunities through the pipeline.
3. Conferences, Ecosystem & • New Business Avenues
- Scout, evaluate, and pursue new commercial avenues—including technology alliances, security advisory networks, startup incubators, and channel partners.
- Represent CurlSek on-ground at premier cybersecurity summits, tech expos, startup conventions, and closed-door industry meetups.
- Lead booth engagements, network with prospective buyers and strategic partners, and aggressively convert event conversations into qualified enterprise leads.
- Coordinate pre-conference account outreach and run rapid, disciplined post-event follow-up sequences.
4.
Outbound Pipeline
Generation &
• Account Mapping
- Source and map high-value target accounts across high-growth startups, fintechs, and mid-market enterprises.
- Identify key decision-makers—primarily CISOs, Heads of Information Security, VPs of Engineering, and DevSecOps leads.
- Design and execute multi-touch outbound sequences across LinkedIn, targeted cold outreach, and warm industry networks.
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking, tracking metrics from initial touchpoint to scheduled discovery.
5.
Strategic
Content &
• Industry Distribution
- Work with the founder to extract domain expertise and translate security engineering concepts into high-impact thought leadership on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and niche technical communities.
- Leverage frontline customer objections, conference takeaways, and security landscape shifts to produce authentic, high-signal commentary, teardowns, and case studies.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) strategically to accelerate research, test outbound messaging angles, and scale communication output without sacrificing quality or depth.
What We Are Looking For
- High Agency & • Radical Ownership:
You treat the company’s business goals as your personal mission.
When faced with an ambiguous challenge, you find a path forward without requiring micro-direction.
- Sharp Executive Presence & • Verbal Articulation:
Exceptional spoken and written communication skills. You can command attention and communicate persuasively with senior executives, technical founders, and security practitioners.
- Commercial Instinct & • Intellectual Curiosity:
A genuine appetite to understand the mechanics of B2B software, enterprise sales cycles, and offensive cybersecurity paradigms.
- Execution Speed & • Detail Orientation:
Bias toward immediate action paired with disciplined note-taking, calendar management, and pipeline follow-through.
- Adaptability & • Resilience:
Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving startup setting where priorities shift and adaptability is key.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or internships in a Founder’s Office, B2B business development, management consulting, or early-stage venture operations.
- Track record of public speaking, debating, student council leadership, or presenting at professional/academic summits.
- Familiarity with sales workflows, LinkedIn prospecting, CRM tools, or AI-accelerated productivity workflows.
Role Logistics & Growth Path
- Direct Access: Daily collaboration with the founder, offering unmatched exposure to enterprise sales, fundraising strategy, and early-stage company scaling.
- Location & Presence: Hybrid setup based in Lucknow.
Daily working syncs make physical proximity critical; therefore, candidates currently residing in or having established roots in Lucknow are strongly preferred. Travel for conferences, expos, and client meetings is fully covered.
