Title: Associate Director / Director – People and Culture

The Role

- We are looking for a People & Culture leader to drive talent excellence, build a performance-driven culture and scale people processes.
- You will keep the company entrepreneurial, mission-driven and customer-focused as it scales, partnering closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise the quality bar across hiring and talent decisions, partnering with business leaders on leadership hiring and sourcing talent globally.
- Create scorecards, role expectations, feedback systems and talent review mechanisms that drive accountability.
- Introduce scalable people processes, including organizational design, workforce planning and capability building.
- Develop leadership capability, focusing on first-time managers and emerging leaders.
- Translate company values into everyday behaviors, practices and employee experiences.

What We're Looking For

- Managed multiple HR functions — such as hiring,



performance management and organizational development — at a high-growth startup or scaling organization.
- Built and ran people systems at a growth-stage startup, such as performance reviews, scorecards, feedback systems or talent reviews.
- Led leadership hiring for an organization.
- Designed and implemented scalable people processes such as organizational design, workforce planning or capability building.
- Education: MBA or PG degree from TISS, XLRI or a Tier-1 institute.
