? EXPERIENCE: 1–6 years

? QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma

✨ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

✅ Drive membership sales, renewals, upselling, and conversion targets.

✅ Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.

✅ Deliver an outstanding member experience and build strong customer relationships.

✅ Handle customer concerns, feedback, and escalations effectively.

✅ Maintain facility hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

✅ Coordinate class schedules,



trainer punctuality, and centre readiness.
