Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Accountant with 45 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and payroll accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely payments, statutory compliance, and effective month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including 2-way/3-way matching, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.

- Handle payroll accounting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

- Ensure accurate accounting of expenses, accruals, and general ledger entries.

- Coordinate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, and internal controls.

- Ensure compliance with applicable indirect taxes, withholding taxes, payroll taxation, and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with HR, Treasury, vendors, and external payroll service providers.





- Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (semi-qualified/qualified accountant preferred).

- 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, and Payroll Accounting.

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, vendor reconciliations, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.

- Experience with ERP and payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
