We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Accounts, to support day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. The role involves invoice processing, vendor and customer reconciliations, payment processing, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Process vendor invoices and maintain records in Oracle.
Assist with Purchase Order (PO) creation and invoice reconciliation.
Perform vendor reconciliations and support timely payments.
Review employee travel and expense claims.
Verify and process disbursement statements and related financial documents.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process customer payments and perform cash application.
Handle customer account reconciliations and payment discrepancies.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
Process customer invoices and maintain accurate records.
Support month-end closing and daily reporting activities.
Additional Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with accounting procedures.
Update productivity reports and support audit requirements.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or general accounting.
Basic knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of MS Excel; experience with SAP ERP is an advantage.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
