We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in F&A; Transitions within the Insurance domain to lead end-to-end transition engagements for a leading service-based organisation based out of Delhi/NCR.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Other Requirements: Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end F&A; transitions, ensuring seamless migration and implementation of processes across global engagements.
- Drive transition strategy, planning, governance, execution and successful delivery.
- Lead client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders and technology teams.
- Assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations on process re-engineering and offshoring feasibility.
- Lead solution design, RFPs and business pursuits,



developing customised transition solutions for clients.
- Build and strengthen transition capabilities, drive best practices and bring thought leadership to the function.
- Ensure smooth transition handovers and consistent service delivery.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of overall experience, with strong expertise in F&A; Transitions (Finance & Accounting) .
- Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain .
- Prior experience working with a service-based organisation / BPO / BPM is mandatory.
- Solid track record of independently leading and managing end-to-end transition engagements.
- Experience in client management, solutioning, RFPs and senior stakeholder interactions.
- Strong leadership, communication and execution skills.
