Position: Assistant Teacher

Location: The Millennium School, HMEL Bhatinda

Experience: 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Support lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
- Assist in preparing teaching materials and learning aids
- Provide individual attention to students to support their academic and personal growth
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a nurturing environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff in organizing school events and activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress when required

Qualifications:

- B.Ed. / NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any equivalent qualification (mandatory)
- 1-2 years of experience working with young learners in a school setting

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and connect with children in a positive manner
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for early childhood education
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support lead teachers
