Experience Required

- Minimum 4 years of experience in BPO
- At least 1 year experience as Assistant Manager Operations

Process Details:
- Sales process ( outbound )

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of customer service teams
- Drive team performance, productivity, quality & SLAs
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, shrinkage, adherence & occupancy
- Coach Team Leaders and support their development
- Coordinate with Quality, Training & Workforce teams
- Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Solid people management & analytical skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams
- Customer-centric mindset
