Role & responsibilities

. Arrange development of proto, fit, size-set, and pre-production samples

. Communicate buyer requirements to the production & sampling teams

. Ensure samples match tech packs, measurements, and design intent

. Share timelines, sample status, and updates regularly

. Follow up with pattern, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing teams

. Ensure on-time dispatch of samples to buyers

. Assist in sample costing and fabric/accessory selection

. Suggest alternatives to meet target price

. Coordinate approvals for trims and fabrics

. Maintain sample registers and approval records

. Track courier details and sample submissions

. Robust communication & coordination

. Time management and follow-up skills

. Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics

. Attention to detail

. MS-Excel

. 1-3 years of experience in Production or Sampling (industry retail fashion)
