Responsible for transferring recent agrochemical formulations, manufacturing processes from lab development to pilot-commercial production. Will handle formulation scale-up, process optimisation, technology transfer, equipment mapping, troubleshooting.

Required Candidate profile The role also involves coordination with R&D;, Production, QC and Regulatory teams, travel to manufacturing sites, and managing team performance.
