We Are Hiring – Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer (Quality)

We are strengthening our Quality Team to support our growing operations and new product development activities.

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Quality Professional who can support day-to-day quality operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily quality issues in IQC, In-Process & PDI

Lead and supervise the quality inspection team

Conduct Red Bin / rejection analysis and drive root cause analysis

Prepare ISIR and complete PPAP documentation for current developments

Lead customer complaint investigations (8D, Why-Why)

Maintain QMS documents: Control Plans, FMEA, Process Flow, SOPs

Support internal & customer audits

Drive Kaizen, Poka-Yoke & 5S improvement initiatives

Key Competencies





Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA

Good understanding of injection molding and defect analysis

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Team handling, communication & customer coordination

High attention to detail and process discipline

Experience Required

5–8 years in Quality (Automotive/Plastics preferred)
