Role Description The Purchase Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position supports the procurement function by assisting with vendor communication, preparing and processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role includes comparing quotations, tracking deliveries,



coordinating with internal teams on requirements, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services.

The Purchase

Assistant will also help monitor inventory levels, follow purchasing procedures, and support cost-effective sourcing aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and general procurement practices.
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage purchase orders and related documentation.
- Experience in purchasing or procurement operations in a business or service-based environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and basic knowledge of MS Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Prior experience in veterinary, healthcare, or professional services sectors.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
