Assistant Production Manager – Glass & Home Décor

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower, and machine utilisation.
- Supervise production teams and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Packaging teams.
- Monitor production quality, rejection, wastage, and productivity.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper material availability and timely order execution.
- Maintain daily production reports, MIS,



and performance records.
- Support the Production Manager in achieving efficiency and delivery targets.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing.
- Experience in Glass, Metal, Candles, Hardgoods, or Home Décor manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and shop-floor management.
- Solid coordination, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production MIS.

Pay: ₹8,300.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
