As the Marketing Manager at Jewelbox, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support brand objectives and drive sales growth.
- Lead the development of creative marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, print collateral (BTL), and mass media advertising (ATL), ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and e-commerce, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.




- Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL and BTL strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable goals and KPIs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
