Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic, creative and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Mall Marketing to support and drive the overall marketing agenda of the mall through a 360° integrated marketing approach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in *mall marketing / retail marketing, with a strong understanding of **digital marketing, social media, content, consumer engagement, events, campaigns, partnerships and on-ground activations*.

This is *not a pure performance marketing or digital marketing role. The candidate should be comfortable managing both **marketing strategy and execution* in a fast-paced mall/retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. 360° Mall Marketing & Campaigns

- Plan and execute monthly, seasonal and festive marketing calendars.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, OOH, in-mall branding and on-ground activations.
- Develop campaigns focused on increasing mall footfall, customer engagement, participation and sales opportunities.
- Identify innovative marketing opportunities based on the mall's catchment audience and consumer trends.
- Support marketing initiatives for festivals, special occasions, store launches and mall-led campaigns.

2. Digital, Social Media & Content

- Support the mall's digital and social media marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for content calendars, campaigns, reels, contests and influencer marketing.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns around events, festivals, offers and mall initiatives.
- Monitor social media and digital campaign performance and provide actionable insights.




- Explore hyperlocal digital marketing and community-building initiatives.

3. Events & On-Ground Activations

- Conceptualise and execute events, festivals, workshops, consumer engagement activities and on-ground activations.
- Manage the complete event lifecycle, including ideation, planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, execution and post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate with artists, agencies, vendors, emcees, influencers and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
- Monitor event participation and effectiveness against defined objectives.

4. Partnerships & Collaborations

- Develop and manage partnerships with brands, F&B; partners, retailers, schools, colleges, communities, influencers and local businesses.
- Identify co-marketing and cross-promotion opportunities to increase reach and optimise marketing spends.
- Coordinate with retailers for store launches, promotions and retailer marketing initiatives.
- Explore local partnerships that can improve customer engagement and mall footfall.

5. Agency, Vendor & Budget Management

- Coordinate with creative, digital, media, event and production agencies.
- Prepare agency briefs and ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors for event and marketing execution.
- Assist in vendor negotiations, quotations and budget management.
- Ensure marketing activities are executed within approved budgets and timelines.

6. Reporting & Analytics

- Track and analyse mall footfall, campaign performance, digital engagement, event participation and marketing spends.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and campaign performance reviews.
- Analyse customer and campaign insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, spends, deliverables and campaign outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
