Position: Assistant Manager / Manager

Location: Dappar (near Chandigarh)

Qualification : Candidate with MBA in International Business will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To act as a first point of contact of the company for Africa market.
2. To generate business by maintaining good relations with existing distributors.
3. Backend Operations:

- Oversee and manage backend operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

1. Internal Coordination:

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience:



05 -08 Years in pharma (International Business) industry.
- Must have working exposure in Africa market.

- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ready to relocate near Dappar (Punjab), near Chandigarh.
- Must be ready to work in 6 days working environment.
