Description The Assistant Manager Legal will manage day-to-day legal affairs for Pharmed Limited, ensuring that the company’s operations and documentation comply with applicable laws and regulations. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents and contracts, as well as maintaining organised legal records and templates. The role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, including Pharmaceutical Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Contract Drafting, and Regulatory Compliance.

Desired Qualifications

- 5–7 years of professional legal experience, which includes at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle legal assignments and work collaboratively with internal teams and external counsel.
- A proactive mindset, sound legal judgment,



and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
