Headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, TES provides end-to-end services across the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, detailed project reports, planning, design, project management consultancy, construction supervision, quality assurance, and asset management.

The company’s expertise covers highways and expressways, railways, water supply and sewerage, urban infrastructure, and irrigation and water resources, supporting complex projects across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Handle recruitment for infrastructure consultancy projects, including Highways, Metro, Railways, and other engineering sectors.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Development teams, and senior management to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and salary negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.




- Ensure timely deployment of qualified professionals at project sites and Head Office.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy implementation, labor law compliance, and grievance handling or employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in data handling, HR reporting, and use of HRIS or related HR software tools.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in HR roles, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services organizations, will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail is essential.
