Overview

Provide General Sales Support to Customer Facing KAM/Sales team from JBP tracking, new line forms, field team support, customer queries, sample requests, Customer event logistics & data management services & other critical ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

- Manage processing, validation and tracking of claims, working through disputes with National Business Managers and Accounts Receivable
- Customer JBP tracking Support
- First point of contact for customer queries relating to product range changes, pricing and claims, ensuring responsiveness and quick resolution
- Preparation & communication of current lines forms and pricing information to customers based on agreed customer format and notification lead time requirements
- Provide Field Sales Support (field comms, performance tracking & sales tools support)
- Internal Customer admin support i.e. maintaining store files, contact lists etc
- Support with customer event management (operational set up & logistics)




- Support on Equipment Ordering and Sales Training & Capability Support (training materials, logistics & feedback)
- Maintenance of recurring reports and trackers
- Develop winning relationships with BU Leadership team and other key stake holders within the UK business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
- Support the UK BU with all initiatives to improve GCC service offerings

Qualifications

- Degree qualified in Business / Commerce (MBA Preferred)
- Builds robust and successful working relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proactive, responsive and results driven
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office platform
- Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
- High attention to detail
