Livspace is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations professional to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and the company website.
- Handle OMS/WMS, order processing and fulfilment.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory planning and stock reconciliation.
- Manage cancellations, returns, RTOs, refunds and fulfilment SLAs.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor marketplace performance, operational KPIs and MIS reporting.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO.
- Experience with OMS, WMS, inventory management and warehousing.
- Understanding of FBA, Easy Ship and Seller Flex.
- Robust analytical, Excel and problem-solving skills.
