About the rolea

We are hiring an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing to work from our factory office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The person will handle B2B sales for the automobile and manufacturing business and work closely with the plant team.

Key responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day sales operations and customer service from the factory office.
- Coordinate with production and other factory teams so customer orders and commitments are met on time.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and acquire current business.
- Track the Indian automobile market and the global automotive industry, and act on relevant trends.




- Support market strategy, market-trend analysis, and new customer opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals with clear verbal and written communication.

What you bring
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of total experience, including a minimum of 67 years in Sales & Marketing.
- Preferably experience in the automobile industry.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and customer service.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Experience in market strategy, trend analysis, and winning new business.
- Ability to work on-site at the factory and join within 30 days.
