Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven professional with experience in e-commerce marketplace account management, category management, or seller/brand management. The role involves growing advertiser revenue, improving seller and brand performance, analyzing KPIs, and driving business growth through marketplace advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with key brands, sellers, advertisers, and agency partners.
- Drive GMV, revenue, and category growth through data-driven account management and performance improvement.
- Track key business KPIs, analyze performance trends, and develop action plans to improve results.
- Identify growth opportunities, recommend media plans, and drive upselling opportunities.
- Prepare Excel-based reports, dashboards, and performance insights for client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, creative development, and delivery.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and recommend improvements to drive repeat business.
- Follow internal processes,



reporting standards, and operating guidelines.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace account management, category management, or seller/brand management.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, FirstCry, or similar marketplaces.
- Proven track record of driving GMV, revenue growth, seller performance, or category growth.
- Strong understanding of marketplace KPIs, business metrics, performance analysis, and action planning.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- MBA in Retail, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Positive to Have
- Experience in sponsored ads, retail media, marketplace advertising, or digital advertising sales.
- Experience handling brands, advertising agencies, or key marketplace accounts.
- Knowledge of campaign performance metrics, media planning, and upselling.
