Role Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Alternative Investor Services (Operations) to manage investor servicing, transaction processing, compliance, and operational activities for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The role involves overseeing investor onboarding, fund transactions, reconciliations, reporting, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end AIF investor servicing and transaction processing.

- Oversee investor onboarding, including KYC, AML, FATCA, and CRS compliance.

- Handle folio management, subscriptions, capital calls, transfers, and redemptions.

- Review bank reconciliations, payout processing,



and investor reporting.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations, FEMA, AML/KYC, and internal controls.

- Act as the escalation point for investor queries and maintain high service standards.

- Coordinate with fund managers, custodians, trustees, bankers, and other stakeholders.

- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and risk management activities.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance and productivity.

- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
