Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced HR skilled, at our corporate office location. The role will be responsible for End to end recruitment, performance, Mis reports, Day to day hr activities, and driving employee engagement in coordination with the Talent Management team

Key Responsibilities

- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent planning.
- Blue-Collar Hiring: Drive blue-collar recruitment and manpower planning to meet plant requirements.
- Handle employee joining, exit formalities and recruitment activities.
- Employee Engagement: Build a culture of trust, transparency, accountability, and performance through regular employee interactions and engagement initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance handling




- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes from hire to retire
- Support workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and reporting to AGM HR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admin, Finance, Operations)

Preferred candidate profile

- Postgraduate qualification in MBA HR , MHRM, MLW, or MSW.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Experience in blue-collar Bulk Hiring
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
