Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager HR to manage key HR functions, including resource management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. The role involves working closely with department heads and senior management to ensure effective workforce planning, optimise resource utilisation, strengthen employee engagement, and streamline HR processes to support organisational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities What You'll Own

- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization across departments and projects.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure effective resource deployment.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and employee satisfaction activities.




- Manage performance appraisal cycles, employee development, and succession planning.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, employee performance, and resource utilization.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Supervise HR operations and collaborate with senior management on HR strategies and organizational development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, workforce planning, and employee management.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
