Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR

:

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities across corporate and project locations.

- Drive bulk hiring, leadership hiring, and large-scale project recruitment.

- Develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements.

- Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

- Coordinate with senior management, SBU Heads, and Project Heads for manpower planning.

- Ensure timely closure of positions through effective sourcing channels.

- Monitor recruitment MIS, hiring TAT, and team performance.

Required Skills:

- Solid expertise in Talent Acquisition and Bulk Hiring.

- Experience in Power, EPC, Infrastructure, or Construction industries.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and recruitment portals.
