- Preparation of rolling forecasts, monthly and quarterly Business review decks
- Monthly Headcount tracking, analysis and MIS preperation
- Responsibility of annual operating plan and long-range strategy planning
- Divisional MIS package, dashboarding and invoicing responsibility
- Monitor, Measure and build insightful management reports and measure against Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for businesses
- Ability to pick up trends and drivers for businesses and build actionable outcomes
- Work with stakeholders in Finance, Business leaders and other stakeholders and provide insightful information to management to drive actions
- Ensure monthly result review, variance analysis and Project tracking
- Contribute / drive meaningful automation / efficiency projects to streamline finance processes and reporting
- Tracking and reporting staff efficiency and other productivity Metrics
- Analyze and present business performance to business leaders




- Initiate and perform value-add analysis to drive efficiency in business
- Respond to requests related to internal/external audits
- Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects, financial planning & analysis and provide direct support to the Associate Director, Finance on an as-needed basis

Key skills:
- Experience in business and financial planning of a large corporate in the service sector
- Highly analytical with an eye for numbers
- In-depth experience in business planning, forecasting, variance analysis
- Excellent communication skill
- Advanced excel, modelling and power point skills
- Experience wit h Power BI or Tableau dashboarding will be an added advantage
- Work as a Business Partner and help businesses in various areas of business planning and reporting
- Process and automation driven
- Self-starter
