### ?️ The Role: Assistant Engineer – Service & Sales

We are looking for a technically inclined, enthusiastic skilled who is ready to learn, travel and work closely with industrial customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing on-site service and technical support for our products.
- Conducting product demonstrations and explaining applications to customers.
- Visiting maintenance departments of large industrial organizations.
- Interacting with Maintenance Managers, Senior Engineers and other technical decision-makers.
- Identifying customer requirements and supporting sales opportunities.
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Supporting business development through both service and sales activities.

### ? Who Should Apply?
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Age: Preferably up to 25–26 years.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in industrial product servicing or maintenance in a process industry.
- Key requirement: Willingness to travel extensively and interact with customers.
- Good communication skills, a practical approach and a willingness to learn are essential.

### ? Important: This Is a Field-Based Position

You will be travelling approximately 16–18 days per month, primarily across South Gujarat,



with occasional travel outside Gujarat for Railway-related assignments.

All authorized travelling expenses will be borne by the company.

We will provide comprehensive training in product applications, helping you develop the technical knowledge and confidence required to handle industrial customers independently.

This role offers an opportunity to work directly with senior maintenance professionals at large corporate organizations and gain valuable industrial exposure.

### ? Salary, Benefits & Incentives

- Monthly salary: ₹28,000–₹30,000

- Product application training and practical field experience

With incentives and applicable perks, annual take-home earnings of approximately ₹4.2–₹4.5 lakh may be achievable, depending on performance and the applicable compensation structure.
