Requirements
- Should be able to assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Basic knowledge of South Indian and North Indian cooking.
- Must know how to prepare dosa and handle the dosa section.
- Should have basic food preparation and kitchen management skills.
- Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn.
