Job Title: Assembly Operator

We are hiring Assembly Operators for Schneider Electricals

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assemble electrical and electronic components as per production requirements.
- Perform quality checks during and after assembly.
- Handle tools, machines, and assembly equipment safely.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
- Report defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Support production and packaging activities when required.

Eligibility:
- 10th/12th/Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiner

Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of assembly
- Manufacturing processes is preferred
- Willingness to work Rotational Shift
- Willingness to work in shifts
