About the RoleWe are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications, Agentic AI workflows, and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of LLM-based technologies, RAG architectures, MCP, LangChain, and LangGraph, along with a working understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop RAG-based applications and integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources.
- Work with MCP to build tool integrations and enable AI agents to interact with external systems.
- Develop Python-based APIs, backend services, and automation workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with ERP systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with the team to automate complex business processes using AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of Python programming, OOP concepts,



and API development.
- Good understanding and practical exposure to RAG architectures, MCP, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Experience working on projects involving Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI integrations.
- Working-level understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and integrating external services.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Valuable to Have
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Exposure to finance, procurement, supply chain, or other enterprise workflows.
- Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, observability, and production deployment of LLM applications.

- A hands-on AI Engineer who has built and worked on real-world AI projects, understands how AI agents interact with tools and enterprise systems, and can translate business workflows into intelligent automation solutions.
