Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in developing AI modules, training and fine-tuning models, evaluating model performance, and implementing AI-driven solutions.

The candidate should also have experience in conducting module-based training sessions and explaining AI concepts and applications to technical teams or learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and applications.
- Develop AI modules for specific business requirements and use cases.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Prepare datasets, perform data preprocessing, and ensure data quality for model training.
- Work with Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate benchmarks and evaluation techniques.
- Develop and integrate AI solutions using Python, APIs, and relevant AI frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI models and applications.
- Conduct module-based training sessions on AI/ML concepts, tools, and practical applications.
- Prepare training materials, technical documentation,



and hands-on exercises.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong programming knowledge in Python.
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience in dataset preparation and model optimization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and AI integration.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in delivering technical training or conducting structured learning modules.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and embeddings.
- Experience deploying AI models using cloud platforms.
- Experience developing structured AI training modules and hands-on workshops.
