Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python development, AI frameworks, prompt engineering, model integration and cloud-native AI deployment. The role involves building scalable AI services and intelligent automation solutions using structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML applications using LLMs and VLMs.
- Build and implement Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or Google ADK.
- Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, chunking strategies, hybrid retrieval and reranking.
- Work on prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs and tool calling.
- Develop Python-based backend applications using FastAPI, Flask and REST APIs.
- Implement document understanding and multimodal AI solutions.
- Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Deploy and optimize AI models using cloud platforms and containerized environments.
- Ensure secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

- Experience with RAG, semantic search and cloud-native deployments.
