Areas of Exposure:
- Audit & Assurance: Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Stock Audit, Due Diligence and Limited Reviews.
- Risk Advisory: Enterprise Risk Assessment, Internal Financial Controls and Process Reviews.
- Taxation: Direct Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, Tax Litigation and FEMA Advisory.
- Financial & Accounting Advisory: Business Valuation, Financial Structuring, Transaction Advisory and Corporate Restructuring.
- Capital Markets: Capital Market Transactions and Regulatory Compliance.
- Fractional CFO: Financial Planning, Reporting and Strategic Advisory.
Eligibility & Skills:
- CA Intermediate students eligible for Articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
- Solid accounting fundamentals.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
