What you will do:
- Keep the office safe: Check people in at the front desk, make sure only authorised workers and guests enter, and watch security cameras.
- Do routine patrols: Walk around inside and outside the building to check for anything unusual, broken doors, or safety hazards.
- Handle emergencies: Be the first person to step in if there is an emergency, a medical problem, or a threat, and call the police if needed.
- Stay calm and talk things out: Use good communication to calm down upset people. Using a firearm is always an absolute last resort.
- Write reports: Keep a daily log of visitors and write down a explicit report if any incidents happen.
- Be friendly: Greet employees and visitors politely while keeping the building secure.
What you need to have:
- Valid licenses:
A legal license to work as a security guard and a valid permit to carry a firearm in your state.
- Experience: At least 2 years of security experience (working in an office building, military, or police background is a big plus).
- Good health & background: Must pass a thorough background check, drug test, and be physically fit enough to walk and stand for long shifts.
- Good communication: Know how to talk to people clearly and stay alert at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
