Key responsibilities

? Manage service operations, TAT, uptime and customer satisfaction

? Handle warranty claims, quality issues and repeat-repair control

? Lead technicians, service advisors and service partners

? Coordinate spares availability with procurement and stores

? Build strong relationships with fleet and B2B customers

Requirements

✅ Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

✅ 5+ years in automotive after-sales with team-handling experience

✅ EV/2-wheeler service knowledge is a plus

✅ Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English

✅ Positive command of DMS/ERP and Excel
