Generate sales and achieve monthly targets. Visit markets regularly and build relationships with dealers and retailers.

Increase product visibility and market penetration. Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback. Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up. Coordinate with the head office regarding sales performance and stock requirements.





Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have field sales/ distributor sales knowledge. Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in footwear sales(more preferable), FMCG sales, or channel sales. Good communication and negotiation skills, having knowledge of local language Willingness to travel extensively across the north part of West Bengal Knowledge of distributor and retailer management.
