Are you an experienced architect with expertise in design coordination and statutory approvals? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Product Development - Concept & Coordination team in Delhi.

Role: Architect - Concept & Coordination (C&C;)

Location: Delhi

Experience: 8-12+ Years

Qualification: B.Arch. / M.Arch.

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

- Ensure architectural designs comply with local building bylaws and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Manage documentation and statutory approval processes.
- Liaise with authorities such as DDA, MCD and other relevant departments.
- Ensure drawing accuracy, quality control and timely approvals.

What We're Looking For





- Solid knowledge of Delhi/NCR building bylaws and approval procedures.

Hands-on experience with DDA, MCD and other statutory authorities.

Expertise in architectural drawing coordination and regulatory compliance.

Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in real estate, construction or architectural consultancy is preferred.
