Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented AR Callers to join our US Healthcare RCM team in Mysore. The candidate will be responsible for following up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding claims, identifying reasons for claim denials and underpayments, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Check claim status and identify reasons for claim denials, rejections, and payment delays.
- Follow up with insurance companies for pending payments and claim resolutions.
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
- Handle denied and underpaid claims and coordinate for necessary corrections or appeals.
- Understand insurance terminology, payer guidelines, and claim adjudication processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, claim status, and follow-up actions.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / AR Calling.




- Good verbal communication skills and neutral accent.
- Knowledge of US healthcare insurance and medical billing.
- Understanding of claim submission, denial management, and payment follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
- Ability to handle insurance calls professionally.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in AR Calling / Denial Management.
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Familiarity with EOB, ERA, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Experience working with US healthcare clients.
