We are hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers for our healthcare revenue cycle management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling
- Work on Denials Management (Voice Process)
- Manage Physician / Hospital billing workflows
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim resolution
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant AR calling experience
- Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
- Strong communication skills required
