Key Responsibilities & Duties

· Meticulously log standardized account notes, insurance representative names, call reference numbers, expected payment amounts, and check status details into practice management (PM) / EHR billing software.

· Review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) documents to verify correct insurance payment posting, allowed amounts, and patient liability balances (copays, deductibles, coinsurance).

· High tolerance for navigating automated phone trees (IVR queues), long hold times, and maintaining enthusiasm through repetitive calling cycles.

· Precision when reading EOB line items, verifying claim numbers, and entering audit-ready documentation into billing platforms.

Professional Competencies

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear, neutral accent suited for skilled telephone conversations with US insurance representatives.

· Strong telephone manners, active listening skills to capture complex representative feedback, and professional tone control.

· Fast absorption of feedback during initial training modules, willingness to learn complex payer policies, and adaptability to operational quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 3-year diploma after 12th standard

· Flawless written and spoken English communication skills with clear articulation.

· 100% willingness to work in US Night Shifts (overlapping US business hours) at Fenyr's facility.
