Job Summ ar y

We ar e seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AR

Caller with 2-3 ye ar s of experience in U.S. healthc ar e revenue cycle management. The role focuses on insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, and timely claim reimbursement while maintaining high accuracy and productivity stand ar ds.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. insurance calling , a solid understanding of AR workflows, and the ability to work independently within defined processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with U.S. insurance companies on unpaid and underpaid claims.
- Check claim status, payment details, and denial reasons with payers.
- Work on assigned AR aging buckets (30/60/90+ days).




- Analyze denials and take corrective actions under guidance.
- Submit corrected claims and basic appeals within payer timelines.
- Document all follow-up actions accurately in billing systems.
- Coordinate with billing and coding teams to resolve claim discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality t ar gets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 ye ar s of hands-on experience in U.S. AR calling or medical billing AR .
- Working knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and medical billing processes.
- Famili ar ity with Medic ar e, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Good verbal communication skills and confidence in payer conversations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working with billing softw ar e and MS Excel.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Consistent follow-up discipline and documentation accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification (any discipline).
- 2-3 ye ar s of experience in AR Calling / AR Analyst role in U.S. healthc ar e billing.
- Hands-on experience with insurance follow-ups and claim status checks.
