Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Prepare students for placement tests, recruitment assessments, and competitive examinations.
- Design practice sessions, mock tests, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students’ analytical, numerical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Mentor students, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Explain complex concepts through effective methods and practical examples.

Eligibility





- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates who have studied PEA (Professional Enhancement and Analytical Skills) courses during their academic programme must have secured a minimum Grade A in all PEA courses undertaken.
- Candidates who have not studied any PEA courses must have a minimum CGPA of 7.00.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–10 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Prior experience in aptitude training, teaching, or placement preparation is preferred.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning is essential.
