AR Analyst – US Healthcare RCM

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented AR Analysts with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up, Denial Management, and insurance claim resolution.

Candidates must have relevant US Healthcare RCM experience. Hospital Billing experience will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform AR follow-ups with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Analyze claim status and identify reasons for payment delays or denials.
- Handle denial management and work on claim resolution.
- Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and rejected claims.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and actions taken.




- Work with healthcare portals and practice management software.
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong knowledge of AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and ModMed.
- Understanding of insurance claims, claim status, and payment follow-ups.
- Knowledge of denial resolution and accounts receivable processes.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates must have relevant US Healthcare RCM experience.
- Hospital Billing experience is not acceptable.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
