Executive – Account Opening

Department: Operations - Account Opening Experience: 1-3 Years

Industry: Stock Broking / Capital Markets

Reporting To: Manager - Account Opening

Key Responsibilities

- Process Trading & Demat account opening requests.
- Verify KYC, CKYC, FATCA, and client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL, and NSDL guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients and sales teams for document completion.
- Resolve account opening discrepancies within defined TAT.
- Maintain onboarding records and support audit requirements.
- Prepare daily MIS and account opening reports.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of KYC & Account Opening processes.
- Understanding of Capital Market regulations.
- Valuable documentation and verification skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational systems.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services preferred.
