We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice BIM Modeler to join our team at HI-TECH DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in building information modeling (BIM) principles and practices.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement BIM models for various projects.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM models into project workflows.
- Develop and enforce best practices for BIM modeling within the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of BIM principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
