As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and reliability by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client issues thoroughly, ensuring that problems are clearly identified and addressed.

They work diligently to design and implement solutions that uphold the performance and stability of world-class systems, fostering a seamless operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
- Robust knowledge of application performance monitoring and management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with integration of monitoring tools within IT infrastructure.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
