Job Position: Application Support Engineer – IP Services Network Automation

Location: Hyderabad.

Experience: 6+ to 10+ Years

Mandatory Skills: • Cisco SDN Network Administration, F5 Load Balancer, Major Incident

Management

Key Responsibilities

- Provide application and platform support for high-volume, multi-tier enterprise services.
- Monitor and maintain the stability, availability, and performance of IP Services platforms.
- Support DDI, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and Load Balancing technologies across production environments.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem records, and change activities.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, governance, and enablement teams to deliver automation solutions.
- Participate in application releases, deployments, upgrades, and production validations.




- Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Analyze platform metrics and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
- Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met while maintaining service reliability.
