Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system support priorities.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within business-critical environments.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive problem resolution and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts and data management within cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and provide actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information
