Looking for a technically strong Java-background professional who has experience in building and managing application environments from scratch.

The person should have experience with:

- Setting up new application environments across Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production and Production.
- Understanding Java application architecture and application dependencies.
- Installing and configuring Java applications, application servers and middleware.
- Setting up configurations, connectivity, databases, services and integrations.
- Coordinating application deployments and environment readiness.
- Troubleshooting environment-related issues and managing infrastructure dependencies.
- Working with development, DevOps, infrastructure, database and middleware teams.
- Managing setting planning, upgrades, releases and stability in a banking or enterprise environment.

Key requirement: Someone who has actually built and established environments, not just supported existing environments.
